I like children's artwork. In my art history class in University, our teacher told us that children make good use of perspective and composition in their artwork but that most lose this in their drawings when they grow up. Because I like photography, I am always fascinated with photographs that children take.
The kids at "The City of Happy Children" love to have their photos taken, (The digital cameras produce instant viewing of the shots which makes it that much more fun!) If someone is brave enough to give them their camera to use, they also love to take photos. Emily generously lent them her camera and I thought it would be interesting to post some of their photos so you could see the center from "their" eyes........

Michelle, I am a friend of Emily Marks and I direct a network of Bible schools in local churches in Ukraine. We are involved in a year-long pedagogy training program with those who deal with children (Sunday school workers, parents, anyone). I and the program coordinator were wondering if you had some time to meet with us to discuss your possible involvement with the program. Emily gave me your mobile number, but I can't seem to get through. Do you have email? If so, could you write me at shots@ipnet.kiev.ua, or just call me at 8-050-386-4496. Thank you! Paul Shotsberger
Michelle,
